Yes. Vendoora can create, clean or structure a feed from your existing website, catalogue or product data. Service businesses don't need a feed at all.

Q: How is commission calculated?

On net product revenue, excluding VAT, shipping, refunds, cancelled orders, chargebacks and returns. Stripe processing fees are charged separately.

Q: How does pricing work for service businesses?

Services may use pay-per-lead, pay-per-booking or custom performance-based pricing, agreed after manual verification.

If you have a product feed, we clean, enrich and optimise it. If you do not have a feed, we can help create one from your website, catalogue or product data. If you sell services, we can structure your service pages, FAQs, pricing signals and booking paths.

AI-commerce optimisation.

Vendoora makes your products or services easier for AI agents, LLMs, search engines and shoppers to understand, compare and recommend — structured attributes, clear descriptions and trustworthy signals.

Customer buys on Vendoora The order is placed at Vendoora marketplace checkout — not on a third-party site. Vendoora controls the checkout experience; the customer sees clearly: "Sold and fulfilled by [Vendor Name]."

Payment processed via Stripe Connect The charge is processed on your connected Stripe account — you are the seller and merchant of record. The agent or customer's card details never touch Vendoora's servers.

You receive the order — dashboard and email A new order appears in your Vendoora vendor dashboard and you get an email with everything needed to fulfil: customer name, shipping address, SKU, product, variant, quantity and price.

You ship the order Dispatch within your stated fulfilment time, from your own stock, exactly as you do today. Vendoora never holds or handles inventory.

You add tracking Upload the tracking number in your vendor dashboard. That single action keeps the customer informed and your seller record clean.
